1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how Event Stock Tracker handles subscription renewals, downgrades, and requests for refunds. It applies to all plans purchased through Stripe or via an executed order form unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Renewal & Notice
Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly term. To avoid renewal charges, owners must cancel at least three (3) business days before the next billing date either from the Subscription page or by emailing himakargd123@gmail.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
3. Cancellation & Downgrades
You can cancel at any time. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time once a billing cycle has started. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. We may offer credits when you migrate to a higher tier mid-cycle, at our discretion.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only when (a) duplicate charges occur due to a billing error, (b) a verified service outage longer than 72 consecutive hours prevents access, (c) you were billed after timely cancellation proof is provided, or (d) Australian consumer law or another applicable regulation requires a refund. Approved amounts are returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
5. Trials & Owner Codes
If a trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Owner Codes issued after payment are considered delivered services and are non-refundable unless the code cannot be redeemed due to a verified platform issue.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email himakargd123@gmail.com with the account email, hotel name, invoice ID, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional documentation. Chargebacks submitted without first contacting us may delay resolution.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory provisions. If you believe your situation qualifies for a statutory remedy, contact us and we will review the claim promptly.
