1. License Grant
The Liquid Audit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform at theliquidaudit.com and theliquidaudit.com.au solely for managing beverage inventory and events for your venue or hospitality group. You may not sublicense, resell, or publicly host the software.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering or attempting to access source code.
- No removing proprietary notices or branding.
- No using The Liquid Audit to build a competing product or to harvest data unlawfully.
- Access is limited to the number of venues permitted by your subscription.
3. Updates
The Liquid Audit may push automatic updates, bug fixes, or security patches. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new build. Critical security patches may be applied without advance notice.
4. Termination
We may suspend or revoke the license for breach of this EULA, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination you must cease using the software and destroy any cached materials.
